The Art of Craftsmanship
A dedication to raw materials, dense embroidery, and standard classic details that make every HOMERO garment a heritage piece.
Natural & Organic Materials
Egyptian Pima Cotton
Sourced from organic farmlands along the Nile. Selected for its extra-long staple length, which provides exceptional strength and a naturally smooth, silken handle. Double-mercerized to remove fuzz, enhance dye-absorption, and maintain structural collar lines.
Extra Fine Merino
Sourced from heritage estates in Piedmont, Italy. Spun into ultra-fine 12-gauge yarns. This merino is incredibly soft to the skin, offering thermal regulation and breathability. Fully fashioned armhole detailing makes for a garment that adapts organically to the body.
Premium Oxford Cloth
Constructed in a heavy basketweave structure that breathes naturally. Soft to the touch yet extremely durable. Our Oxford cloth softens and adapts to your movements over years of wear, acquiring a distinguished, vintage character while retaining its tailored shape.
The Embroidery Process
A small insignia represents the brand's heart. We place our crest on the upper left chest, keeping it contained and balanced. The construction of the emblem follows a strict technical methodology:
High-Density Satin Stitch
Every single crest requires exactly 7,200 individual stitches. This creates a rich, raised texture that resists wear, keeping the details of the dachshund profile, gold frame, and laurel wreaths sharp and clear.
Color Consistency
We use precisely four thread tones: Homero Navy, Heritage Gold, Charcoal Black, and Warm Tan. Every thread is selected from premium polyester yarns that do not bleed or fade during washing.
Flat Drape Calibration
To avoid bulk or skin irritation, we calibrate the stitch tension for each fabric. We back the embroidery with soft, water-soluble stabilizers that wash away completely, leaving a flexible, smooth finish.
Finished with Care
Natural Shell Buttons: We source genuine mother-of-pearl buttons. These buttons are sewn with a secure lock-stitch and wrapped neck, ensuring they stay firmly in place and feel solid to the touch.
No-Scratch Tags: Main neck labels are either printed directly using safe ink or made from ultra-soft cotton ribbon sewn flat to prevent any itching or discomfort.
Rigid Navy Boxes: Every garment is wrapped in off-white tissue paper, closed with a gold seal, and packed in a heavy-grade rigid Homero Navy gift box. It represents an experience of luxury from the moment it arrives.
